Cheeyappara waterfalls is on the Kochi - Madurai highway between Neriamangalam and Adimali. The waterfall is visible from the highway. The wonderful waterfall cascades through seven steps.

Located 15 km away from Munnar, at an altitude of 600 ft above from sea level is the Echo point. Known for it's natural echo phenomenon, it is at echo point where you can hear your voice reverberated back to you as echo when you shout. This interesting place has 15 different types of dolmens belonging to Neolithic age and some of them belong to the iron age. These prehistoric dolmens are located 55 km away from Munnar. The location is associated with paintings and sandalwood forest.

The Chinnar wildlife sanctuary is the best option to enjoy the beautiful natural wildlife. It's spread over 90 sq km. The place is located 48 km away from Munnar town. This is the best place to spot elephants, deer, monkeys etc. It's a part of UNESCO world heritage.

This concrete storage gravity dam was constructed in 1940s. The dam was constructed to generate electricity and for the purpose of water conservation. Today it's a popular tourist spot too. The dam is located 11 km away from Munnar town.
